In 1969, few people paid much attention when Jorma Lillbacka began manufacturing his line of Finn-Power swaging machines in an old school house located in the Finnish countryside. But from this humble beginning, Lillbacka’s lines of Finn-Power radial swaging machines, and later, sheet metal fabrication equipment, have grown into industry leaders in the markets they serve.

Hydraulic hose swaging and hose cutting machines were the first products manufactured by Finn-Power, and the company, now named Lillbacka Powerco Oy, has since become a leading manufacturer in the world market with its hose equipment.  Lillbacka Powerco Oy manufactures thousands of hydraulic swaging and hose cutting machines annually -- 95% of this equipment is exported to approximately 60 countries from the company's factory in Finland. Lillbacka Powerco USA, Inc.’s office in Schaumburg, Illinois is responsible for sales, marketing, and service of swaging machines and related equipment throughout North and South America.
