MS CONTROL
MS models are well suited for single-piece production (e.g. repair shops). The MS control is the most basic and easy to use control offered by Lillbacka Powerco.
The crimping diameter is set by using a 10-turn vernier dial. Each turn is equivalent to crimping diameter changes of 1 mm. The dial is incremented in whole, tenths and hundredths mm settings.

IS CONTROL
IS models are ideal for serial crimping operations and can also be utilized for single-piece production.
The IS control is similar in operation to the MS, with crimping diameter controlled by a 10-turn dial. In addition, it offers semi-automatic and automatic operation. External actuation devices such as foot pedals or automatic backstops can also be used. Increased cycle time can be achieved by controlling the opening diameter of the crimping operation. With these increased features, the IS is a user-friendly and reliable solution of crimping control.

VS CONTROL
The VS model is designed for full-scale production of multiple parts. The VS is a state-of-the-art, user-friendly control utilizing icon windows/symbols for setting crimping parameters. All aspects of the crimping operation can be controlled. The VS control even recommends the appropriate die sets for a given diameter from its tool management memory.
The VS can store up to 200 configurations of crimping parameters for immediate recall. Each configuration can be assigned an alpha-numerical description for fast and easy user recognition. This makes setup changes a matter of seconds. The VS control displays crimping parameters in both millimeters and inches. Crimping diameters can be set in 0.01 mm increments (0.001 in inches mode).
